Research On The Present Situation Of The Third "Standards For Public Exercise Of National Body-building Gym Implemented" By Shaanxi Ordinary Colleges

College sports body-building plan shouldering the special mission and the contemporary college students is implementing the plan of fitness for its key object, aerobics unique charm attracts many college students. So the national aerobics public training standards is implemented in university has a very important significance and value, investigating and researching the implementation is value.Methods:using literature method, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. Through researching the popularization and application of third set of national aerobics public training standards ordinary university teaching in shaanxi province fully understand its development condition, analyze teacher's teaching with student study of mutual echo relationship between the popularizing process, finding out the main problems and its cause, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. So that students from the reality, improving the calisthenics teaching better, improving teaching quality for the national aerobics public training standards promotion and smoothly to provide theoretical reference basis for implementation.The researd results of the paper shows that:1,the survey of shaanxi province 20 universities which have 17 have been carried the third edition of the national public training standards aerobics teaching,penetration rate prescribed moves higher. But because of insufficient scheduling of different types, the lessons of unity and actual teaching content, equalitarian.2,because the student body quality difference, schedules, teachers lack of choice national aerobics third mass training standards prescribed moves 1-3 level as teaching content more. A few schools also chose four levels of teaching, the movement of level 5 and 6 is more difficulty and higher, so only teached for aerobics professional students.3,70% of teachers and students has a negative attitude about to attend level standard test. They do not have a systematically understanding towards the standard test, So explaining that the propaganda and social standard tests help much. At present, schools which entre the standard test work in shaanxi province is not very much, the implementation process is not perfect. 4,some schools to the national teachers attended the third mass training standards aerobics prescribed moves don't value in teacher training, business education, makes less chance to different levels between each school aerobics.5,The popularity of sets of national aerobics public training standards of college in shaanxi province is rising generally and the form of development is better.
