With the rapid development and application of sports science and technology, there has been agreat change in physical fitness training. It is mainly reflected in increasingly scientific trainingmodes, stronger functional-requirement training, efficient recovery training and diverse trainingmethods. The emergence of new fitness equipments has promoted the development of physicaltraining, such as markers, elastic bands, balance disc, six corner, Bo-speed ball, ladder, etc. Theyhave updating traditional physical training methods. Besides, according to the specialcharacteristics of some projects, combinations of corresponding training methods which hasbecome a trainable pattern is one type of physical training. In various workout programsespecially Aerobics, fitness training plays a very important role. Its flexible characteristicrequires movers to have good coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance qualities. Theaims of this paper are as follows. Firstly, this paper intends to introduce new sports science andtechnology into the public physical education; students majoring in public aerobics are requiredto do ladder training, tablet support training and stretching exercises; through short-termexperimental study this paper explore whether this new training model is feasible, whether it issuitable for non-professional movers and whether the teaching method is in favor of theapplication of modern fitness training method in college Sports Aerobics courses. Based on thephysical training in college aerobics classes, this paper selected two normal2014Public PhysicalEducation classes randomly from Shandong Normal University regarded as the experimentalclass and control class respectively. Students of the experimental class are trained by using themodern physical training mode; students of the control class are trained by using the generaltraining mode; other lectures are same. After ten weeks of teaching experiments, this paperdraws the conclusions as follows by adapting SPSS17.0software to assess various physicalindexes of students.First, the comprehensive experimental results show that use the new physical training methodhelps to improve the body fitness of students whose major are public sports aerobic.Second, the use of primary level ladder training methods conducive to the development ofcoordination and sensitivity of students in public sports aerobics so as to improve students’interest in newly physical training methods. In the course of their training, horizontal direction training methods will be used before horizontal straight line training methods, students will takepractice in horizontal line direction after they have mastered two one-direction methods. Thiskind of training mode is benefit to teaching.Third, in term of tablet support training methods which aims to improve core strength, singleelbow elbows legs or leg training methods do not apply to students. Thus, support trainingmethods with arms and legs may have different training effects by changing the length of time tocontrol the load supporting strength. The stretching training methods with background music cannot only inspire students’learning interest but also facilitate students after class exercises.Forth, using integration of curricular and extracurricular method in Aerobics course of publicphysical education helps to consolidate learning content, enrich school life, improve theeffectiveness of Physical Education as well as conductive to the development of studentsphysical quality. Group learning method can be arranged in after class, which not only improvesstudents’ability of cooperation but also provides an opportunity for them to strengthen emotionalexchange, mobilizing student’s learning enthusiasm. Integration of curricular and extracurricularmethod can be considered as a win-win way of teaching.
