Because at this stage are concerned about education, equity issues, in order for educators to understand the domestic poor mountainous areas Teaching biology experiments to understand the mountain shortage of teaching resources; for the majority of biological education, especially the poor mountainous areas of education to provide instruction Reference resources based on local resources, they lack class set of biological experiments and biological practices to students. The research has had a investigation on Yangshan.The research on the current situation of biological experiment teaching in 17 Yangshan's rural middle schools mainly through survey and combined with interview. Research randomly chose 1 biology teacher and 15-17 students, from the teachers, the laboratory instrumentation equipment's equipment, the biological experiment class teaching resources, the laboratory opening, the student to the biology class interest, the students began the situation and the knowledge in the biology class keep abreast of the aspects and so on experiment class examination situation to carry on separately have carried on the written investigation to the student and the teacher. From each school to participate the survey and got respectively 17 and 205 pieces valid questionnaires. And Research had interviewed some teachers in some school face-to-face. According to the results of survey, Research made the following conclusion:rural middle schools lack biology teachers and biology experiment teaching resource; extracurricular biological experiment activities are seldom held; students show little enthusiasm on biology experiment; schools haven't take fully advantage on local resource; there is rarely report and evaluation after experiment course, but students have great expectation on biological experiment.According to the above research results and related theory, in order to improve quality of biological experiment teaching, Research offer some suggestion and solution:first, education administration should attach importance to experiment teaching:Second, strengthen the training on biology teachers; Third, reasonably arrange the time for experiment course; Fourth, increase investment on educational resource:Fifth, discover advantageous local resource; Sixth, improve the evaluation system on biological experiment teaching.
