High school biology experiment as an important part in high school biology curriculum,has an irreplaceable role in the student experimental operation skills training and promotion,teamwork awareness and training,innovation ability shape and develop,also playing an extremely important role in the formation of students' biological science literacy.So how is the current situation of Biology Experiment Teaching and Improvement in High School? What are the main aspects of experimental teaching improvement? What is the effect of improved experimental teaching? The similar problems study is imminent.In this study,the author used the methods of content analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and others.Respectively,the author as a high school biology course teacher take all four classes' students and 99 high school biology front line teachers as the object of practice and investigation.With self-made questionnaire use QQ,WeChat and other network platform for network investigation and interviews high school biology compulsory 1 "molecules and cells" in the experimental teaching and improvement' status quo.After analyzing and elaborating the experiment in compulsory 1,analysis and discussion the reason on the teaching and improvement of biology experiment in high school were carried out from the three levels of teachers,students and schools,by processing and analyzing the survey data.After studying the basic principles to be followed in the experiment teaching,the author has carried on the improvement and reflection of the biology experiment teaching from the five aspects of experiment design,experimental teaching method,student learning method,experimental organization and experiment evaluation,and designed the verification experiment and Exploratory experimental teaching case each one.The conclusion of this study is as follows:(1)The experimental distribution is very broad,the type is rich,the role is obvious,the characteristics are obvious;(2)Compulsory 1 experimental teaching situation is optimistic and the experimental improvement status is not ideal;(3)Experimental teaching improvement must follow the general principles;(4)The wider of Experimental teaching improvement,more detailed content,the effect is more obvious;Suggestions on Teacher level:(1)Teacher experimental teaching methods to be flexible;(2)Teacher experimental teaching evaluation methods to be diverse.(3)to strengthen the study of biological theory of knowledge;(4)Give the biological experimental class control and operate right to the students.Student level:(1)Attach great importance to the study of biological experimental class;(2)Bold assumptions,guess and question on the experiment;(3)to cultivate and train their own experimental operation skills.School level:(1)Increase the support of experimental teaching and experimental improvement's expenditure;(2)Arrange or increase the full-time biology experimental teachers;(3)Arrange a reasonable course of biological experiments.
