Teachers'knowledge is one of the important factors that influence teaching effect. In the context of all-round enforcement of new physics curriculum and teachers professionalization, it can provide reference for in-service teacher training, normal training and teachers'professionalization to study about middle school physics teachers'knowledge.This thesis combined the ways of questionnaire and interview to collect data about 107 middle school physics teachers'knowledge structure and development approaches. Questionnaire data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Chi-square test by PASW 18.0, and interview data was classified by categories table.On knowledge structure, teachers'"subject-matter knowledge"is better than"conditional knowledge", and teachers in different group only have significant difference on qualification knowledge. On knowledge development, the top three knowledge source of middle school physics teacher is"communicate with colleagues","in-service teacher training"and"teaching research activities". As a new knowledge source, Internet plays a more and more important role. In the discussion part of this thesis, the author proposed some corresponding suggestions to teachers'training, normal students'education and teachers'professionalization according to the survey data.
