Education reform is constantly in-depth, student's personality is also constantly evolving and prominent, the traditional teacher-student relationship is not suited to modern education and teaching. However, a direct result of teacher-student relationship Underachievers alienation, alienation of the teacher-student relationship is the main reason for the old mode of teacher-student relationship. Modern education requires the establishment of democracy, equality, harmony and a new type of interactive teacher-student relationship. New type of teacher-student relationship greatly influenced the transformation of less advanced students.
