Since the 20th century, 80 years, teacher practical knowledge become more and more popular in the field of teacher education. For a long time, people have always thought that as long as teachers have the subject knowledge, pedagogy and psychology, can competent teaching. But that is not the case, many new teachers can not Competent teaching, the education, psychology and other knowledge learned in school , in reality did not play their proper value. In addition, under the guidance of practical reason, The teaching and research also found that, if the classroom the teachers faced was complex and full of uncertain factors, decided teacher's behavior, classroom teaching is not the only factor in intellectual knowledge, but the practical knowledge obtained from action.In this paper, Through made narrative research with a primary school language teacher, Reveal the content of his practical knowledge and the formation of factors, the author further analyze its morphology and particular maintaining mechanism of teachers practical knowledge.The full text mainly have six chapters.The first chapter: mainly elaborated on origin of the study, research methods, research process, research significance and definition of related concepts.The second chapter: a major review of the literature with teachers'practical knowledge at home and abroad language teachers'practical knowledge.The third chapter: around teacher Chen's personal growth and career teachers to start narrative, walked into his inner world. Through making analysis with teacher Chen's school career and teaching career, found the key events and personalities affect his formation of practical knowledge.The fourth chapter: through data analysis and sorting, extracted the content of teacher Chen's practical knowledge, analyze teacher Chen's practical knowledge of the formation factor.The fifth chapter: revealed some factors that influeneed the formation of teacher Chen's Praetieal Knowledge.The sixth chapter: the resonsideration and suggestion of this research. The conclusion contain morphology and particular maintaining mechanism of teacher Chen's practical knowledge.
