The core of structure of the Teacher's personal knowledge, Teachers' practical knowledge is brought out by relative to the theoretical knowledge, It is the focus of the current teacher education, since the end of the last century, Scholars in our country explored it's implications, characteristic, development mechanism and so on, the reductions possess their own characteristics. The author considers that Teachers' practical knowledge included teacher's educational beliefs, the physics knowledge of teacher physics, communication skills and critical self-reflection.In this study, the author gathered the information in teacher Lu's personal history for studying and stories in her classroom by Narrative Study, to find the teacher's opinions of the student, the teaching material and the subject, and to analyze teacher Lu's strategies in class and teacher-student relationship, and to find her critical self-reflection in the same time.In the way of teacher Lu's educational concept, she thinks that student needs guidance, teacher should guide students' study and life with respect and enthusiasm. In the opinion of new course, she believes that the boning of new thing is conforming to an objective law, she thinks the objective of the new textbook should be maintained unity with the aim of education teaching, working hard for student development. In the opinion of chemistry, teacher Lu thinks it is a basic subject and it's closely related to the daily life, the learning process is extremely amusing. In the way of the teaching knowledge, teacher Lu respects students' participation fully, the language of her classroom is very humorous, the class atmosphere is merry and light-hearted. "taking the question as the centre", "students participating", "emphasizing knowledge link" and teacher and their harmonious relations with her students are behind in the classroom teaching. In the way of teacher's critical self-reflection, teacher Lu rethinks in good time, she exchanges her experience with the other teachers to find the weaknesses, and raises teaching standards.In the formation of practical knowledge, her teaching experience and self-reflection is the foundation, teacher Lu's father and her class sponsor in the senior high school have great influence on her character and conviction, the physical environment and teacher culture of the school are very important too.As a new teacher, teacher Lu should keep working hard to improve her practical knowledge, so far as the teacher, author put the following suggestions:first, teacher can use the proper methods to rethink her teaching act, teaching strategy and teaching efficiently, and summarize the teaching experiments. The second, teacher Lu should exchange her teaching experience, personal history and life experience with the other teachers. The third, she can use the best of network resource to enrich her teaching content, use the case teaching to learnt to deal with various problems in the class, she must combine theory and the practice, and internalize the theoretical knowledge by analysis and self-examination. With special reference to the school, author suggests the following:first, the level of communication between the teachers in the school and between the different schools is a very important means for developing the practical knowledge of teachers. More entertainment should be developed for being beneficial to teachers exchange with each other, professional activities for exchange should be carried out and optimize the evaluation mechanism to bring the teachers'enthusiasm into play, the school should support teacher professional development and build platform for intercollegiate exchange. The second, by teaching research group, the school should reform the master-prentice system between the fine teacher and the new teacher, and offers long-short-term training courses for teachers to study more knowledge about teaching theory and maintain to renew educational ideas, the teacher must be subject of education activities to change the theoretical knowledge to teaching knowledge, and promote the development of practical knowledge by introspecting teaching experience.
