With the education reform of the worldwide countries, the development of the information technology education's content and form of UK also has changed greatly. From the initial single value information technology course, the fusion of information technology education and other courses, and at last becoming the present stage of in and out of the information technology education, especially pay more attention to the role of family in adolescents information technology education.Through the study of British's 2007"home access programme", this article explains the purpose of the programme ,the programme's effect at present, analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the programme, expected to support the help for our country's information technology education.Part one: Stated in detail the development process of British ICT education, including pay attention to information technology education stage respectively,the fusion of ICT education and other disciplines, and the cooperation of in and out of school's stage at present.Part two: The background of the"home access programme", mainly researched from the needs of theory and the need of British ICT education realistic.Part three: Discussed from the purpose, content, security and the effect of the Britain's"home access programme"systematically, the main analysis plans will on learners' effect of academic performance.Part four: Evaluated the"home access programme"in general, mainly from four aspects as the notice of the enhancement of learners ability, pay attention to the combination formal learning and informal learning, pay attention to the disadvantaged students' learning, every related department cooperated closely; at last, the article will make a summary for the programme,and analysize the enlightenment of British's"home access programme"on our information technology education.
