Practical knowledge of teachers means that teachers combine self-experience with existing knowledge in the context of daily practice of education,which has been applied in teaching so that it can solve the existing problems in teaching. This kind of knowledge has strong practicalness. It consists of the knowledge of subject content, subject teaching, teacher's self-knowledge and curriculum knowledge. It plays an irreplaceable part in professional development and educational reform of teachers, and substantively leads the behavior of teachers in education and teaching. Therefore, we should pay close attention to practical knowledge that reflects the need of teachers'profession development nowadays.The study of practical knowledge of teachers is established in daily practice education; researchers and teachers participate and study jointly in order to reach the combination of theory and practice, thus improve the growth of profession development. The final aim of theory study is to direct practice. This paper chooses a post-graduate who majors in full-time system primary school education in Normal Teachers University as object of study, and we try to find the ways of practical knowledge from her experiences, so that we can learn the lesson and gather experiences.This paper has five chapters.The first chapter mainly illustrates study problems and methods.And it analyzes the study background, meaning and the object of study, which carries out specific study process in the use of narrative research and interviewing method.The second chapter is literature review, mainly summarizes the situation of study on practical knowledge of teachers home and abroad, and on the basis of existing research achievement, I express my view and content on practical knowledge.The third chapter is about such-and such student's growing narrative, which starts from her undergraduate to post-graduate life, and records every detail of her life and study. Through narrating her teaching growth, the author also gets some thinking.The fourth chapter is about the understanding and analysis of such-and such student's growing narrative. It carries out from the following two aspects: one is factor analysis that influences the obtainment of practical knowledge; the other is the study of obtaining on practical knowledge of pre-service teachers. This chapter not only shows factors that influence practical knowledge, which are self-factor and external environment, but also propose the suggestion how to get practical knowledge from prospective of pre-teacher and teachers'colleges,and we also hope to acquire some inspiration for pre-service teachers in terms of practical knowledge.The last part mainly sums up this study, reaffirms the importance of teachers'practical knowledge, and shows the direction of study in future, offers reference for further study.
