Practical knowledge is a special form of knowledge which is formed in the process of postgraduates who major in subject teaching(Chinese)professional development.It is the important part of their professional knowledge.So,it is immeasurable for postgraduates who major in subject teaching(Chinese)professional development,and affect their educational and teaching practice activities in both implicit and explicit.At the same time,postgraduates who major in subject teaching(Chinese)are the main source of future teachers,their growth plays a key role on future teachers' strength and the trend of education development.Therefore,teachers ' practical knowledge seems especially important when they face different students and changeable classroom teaching;they don ' t have enough teaching experience.This paper adopting the qualitative research,on the base of giving a comprehensive overview about teachers ' practical knowledge,entering into the Chinese class,regarding a postgraduates who major in subject teaching(Chinese)as the research target,deeply discusses the strategies about two concepts of generating teachers' practical knowledge: the procedure of generation,the results of generation.This paper employs qualitative method and presents through narrative.Narrative research focus on: what had happened in a certain time and the certain scene? How did the hero think,respond,feel and perceive these things? Narrative is neither to draw a universal conclusion,nor to build theoretical systems.The author hopes this study could enable the readers to pay more attention to the growth of the Master of Education in secondary schools.The overall framework of the paper is as follows: First,The first part mainly described the research background,the status of the research on teacher's practical knowledge at home and abroad and research methods.Secondly,this paper presents L's formative experiences in education and also the discoveries in teaching.Again,it was through the analyze of L's story from the point of the practical knowledge of ducation that this paper intended to reveal the composition of practical knowledge,and also its formation and main ways.This is the core of this paper.Finally,this paper made out the author's thought in the growth of the Master of Education in high school,its formation practical knowledge of education.
