When the Chinese national soccer team fall into the bottom on the Asian Qualifiers World Cup once again, when the Chinese Olympic team failed three races with only one score in the Olympic soccer group game, another Chinese soccer team, Five-man blind soccer team, got four continuous success in China 2008 Beijing Paralympics Games arena, and took part into the final match with that excellent result. Chinese Five-man Blind soccer team has become a special kind of Chinese soccer. The Blind is a member of society. It is impossible for them to leave the real world and survive alone. Despite the loss of sound body, the blind still own a healthy psychology which can reduce the impact of blindness, enforce the will of these people, make them tolerate frustration and adversity, and get through tragedies and disasters. to make the blind treat their own future optimistically, it should be careful to carry out mental health education for the blind, like taking the medicine or surgical operation for the patient. Only by maintaining psychological health, adapting behavior to the requirements of social norms, and contributing to the society, can the blind achieve the purpose of full recovery and returning to society. Chinese blind soccer players, through their success, clarify the fact that Chinese people can actually play soccer well, and Chinese has never lacked talent, which can be seen from the history that Chinese actually has invented kickball. Therefore, although the Chinese people can not fight with the Europeans bodily, but they can play to their advantage through individual skills and teamwork. So the Chinese blind soccer team can beat England with three scores and Spain with one score, and won the qualification for Paralympics blind soccer final firstly. They finally got a silver medal for the Chinese soccer in the 2008 Paralympics Games. There is no mystery for the success of Chinese blind soccer team's success at all. It is believable that the success and immortal magic of Chinese Five-man soccer team is sweating more than others, suffering more and laboring more.In this paper, the present study attempted to investigate the situation of the whole country's blind people soccer project. The officials, coaches, athletes, and referees of 20 teams in 2010 "National Blind Soccer Championship and the eighth National Disabled Games" were taken as the subjects. Literature, survey, comparison, mathematical statistics and logical analysis were uses as research methods. The following conclusions can be revealed:1,the condition of facilities and location varies in different provinces and cities, even a few of them have no football ground at all. But all provinces and cities basically have the necessary foundation to carry out blind football game.2,the professional blind football coach are quite lack in every province and city. Even there are coaches here, they are diverted from other sports, and their education is not high, which is very unfavorable for development of the blind football.3,the propaganda about blind football in every province and city is not enough. Most blind understand little about this sport. But once they understand and participant in this activity, they have shown great enthusiasm.4,except Fujian province, which has its own school for the blind and fixed places for choosing, in other provinces, players are chosen by the coaches who get information from the CDPF, and personally persuade blind to join in chosen activity, which make the coach work very passive and unfavorable to carry out the sport.5,there is no fixed location for blind football in most provinces. They mostly carry out intensive training for three to four months before the competition, while for all the other time, they engaged in other livelihood activities.6,Game experience can not be guaranteed. Every province and city seldom organize their own formal competitions, except join in the annual national competition, so few blind can take part in formal organized match at all levels.7,except Fujian Province, other provinces and cities put little capital investment on blind football sport, which can only meet the basic security for training and competition, but cannot satisfy the development of this sport.8,except for a few provinces, most provinces and cities have no fixed rewarding system, which can guarantee excellent coaches and athletes be awarded.9,as for the blind football activities in most provinces, the players'parents don't understand the developing condition of national blind football game, and national policy to this sport, so they are not supportive to their children's activity.
