Pay more and more attention to the national fitness and mass sports by national. In order to more widely develop mass sports, strengthen people ' s constitution, promote China's socialist modernization; In order to better respond to country-wide fitness program;in order to improve the health of the elderly by National Fitness, enjoy the results of comprehensive development of social harmony for the elderly. In this study,through three months of aerobic dumbbell exercise training, comparing the indexes tested before and after the exercise from the fat crowds'body composition of old people.Explore the influences of aerobics dumbbell on the body composition and provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for the fat crowd of old people.80 elderly female volunteers with simple obesity which age more than sixty , (BMI)≥twenty five were randomly divided into experiment group(60) and control group(20). For three months aerobic dumbbell in the experiment group. Investigate the situation through Health questionnaire(history of disease,family, exercise,drinking ,smoking and diet habit).Measure the participants'functional capacity(F.C.) through secondary bicycle ergometer stress test. Target heart rate(THR) was calculated by functional capacity(F.C.);five times every week,sixty minutes for each time(ten minutes for preparation,forty minutes for the THR range is the main part,ten minutes for arrangement),for three months exercise intervention in the experiment group.Use heart rate and rating of perceived exertion(RPE) to control exercise intervention. The control group will do daily activities consistent with before as possible.Measure body shape(height,weight,the body circumference and skinfold thickness) and body composition(fat percentage, waist-to-hip ratio, Body Mass Index, bone weight and bone mineral density) use dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA) before and after experiment.Observe the changes and impact of the participants.Results(1).After the experiment,the subjects'weight was significantly lower than before. After experiment the rate of weight loss was greater than 5kg is 16.36%, it was not happen that the weight has no change.(2). After the experiment waistline,abdominal circumference and hip circumference were significantly lower than before(P<0.01); the Tension around of left and right upper arm,relax tension aroud of left and right upper arm were significantly lower than before(P<0.01);Subscapular skinfold thickness,triceps skinfold thickness and Abdominal skinfold were also Significant differences (P<0.01).(3). After the experiment,the muscle and lean body weight had growth trends in experiment,no significant difference(P>0.05);the control group had decline trend.(4). In the experiment group,bone weight and BMD had no change,but upper limb BMD was significantly higher than before(P﹤0.01).(5). In the experiment group,BMI,fat weight and fat% had highly significant difference after experiment(P﹤0.01);the control had nochange(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1). Three months of aerobic dumbbell exercise training can effectively reduce the circumference and skinfold thickness of the obesity elderly women.(2). Three months of aerobic dumbbell exercise training can reduce the weight of the Older obese women,the weight was reduced for everyone in the experiment group.(3).There months of aerobic dumbbell exercise training can increase the muscle mass, delay the loss of bone mineral and BMD;furthermore aerobic exercise can improve upper lamb BMD in well-targeted through resistance training.(4). There months of aerobic dumbbell exercise training can effectively Reduce fat mass,ameliorate body shape,create healthy and fit body.
