With the continuous improvement of people's living standard in today's society,the life style,the activity form and the physical state of primary and middle school students in China have taken place great changes,while along with this change,the physical fitness of primary and middle school students has presented the state of declining.In recent years,with the continuous declining of students' physique in primary and middle school,the trend of the declining in the growth of students' hand muscle is more especially obvious.Students of primary and middle school are the future of our motherland,and the hope of our nation,the declining of students' physique in primary and middle school have a direct impact on the development of the future of our motherland.While the current development trend of the upper body strength quality of primary and middle school students is not stable,and the practices of upper body strength quality of students in primary and middle school are in need to be strengthened.This paper starts from the growth characteristics of the students of level 2,and the creation is suitable for the practices of dumbbell exercise for students of level 2 to develop the strength of pupils' quality.Through the intervention on the dumbbell exercises for students of level 2,the method is to verify the scientific nature of the creation of the dumbbell exercises.The method carries out practices of the dumbbell exercises for the experimental objects who take up dumbbells of various weights to analyze the optical way for the quality development of students' upper body strength,thus in the end to improve the quality of the pupils' upper body strength in order to provide targeted,scientific nature and effectiveness of dumbbell exercise for the improvement of the quality of the pupils' upper body strength.This method can enrich and develop the ways of pupils' upper body strength quality,and can provide effective practice bases of the improvement of pupils' upper body strength quality.This study adopts the methods of literature data,interviewing,the experiments and the mathematical statistics.The study chooses the students of two natural class of grade three and grade four of level 2 in Red Star elementary school as experimental objects,the each class students are randomly divided into two groups,altogether four groups,include the 3%group,6% group,change group,and normal control group,among them three groups of different schemes carry out dumbbell exercise practices,and the control group carry out normal physical education.There are three classes a week,fifteen minutes a class,and 16 weeks of the experimental studies in total.Test indexes include body shape,body function,physical quality and the quality of upper body strength.Results:1.The dumbbell exercises are complete set movement practices which are accompanied by music with reasonable design,and the heart rate is the maximum heart rate which is between 60% and 85% of the experimenter.The exercises are implemented three times a week,about 15 minutes every time with the reasonable exercise load which is basically accord with the practice requirement of pupils of level 2.2.After 16 weeks of dumbbell exercise practices,there are obvious improvements(p <0.01)on the scores of grip strength,a bell fat on the side,italics,seated bell,kneeling support,testing on eye closure levelly of the students of the three dumbbell exercise groups.Meanwhile,it has significant difference(p < 0.01)for the body shape index of upper arm circumference;For one-minute skip rope in the physical quality index,it has significant difference,Other indicators have no significant difference(p > 0.05).3.After the dumbbell exercise practices,the effect of the different dumbbell exercise groups on the exercises of both male and female students in level 2 is different,and there exists obvious differences among various groups,in which,there exists obvious differences on the improvements of the scores of grip strength,a bell fat on the side,italics,seated bell,kneeling support upper of the 6% in the upper limb body strength quality index,and the change group receives the optimal effect on eye closure levelly.At the same time,three dumbbell exercise groups of different weights receives influences of different degrees in the upper arm circumference with the same trend of change of both male and female students,and the effect from high to low in turn is as follows: 6% group,change group,and the 3% group;For one-minute skip rope indicators,it has different degrees of differences with the consistent trend of both male and female students,in which,the 3% group and the change group have a very significant difference(p < 0.01),3% and 6% group have significant difference(p < 0.05),and the 6% group and the change group have significant difference(p < 0.05).Other indicators have no significant difference(p > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The dumbbell exercise designed by the institute has the reasonable actions,and the exercise load conforms to the pupils of level 2.2.Experiment shows that the dumbbell exercise practices have significant functions on the improvements of the quality of upper body strength of pupils of level 2.3.The dumbbell exercise groups of different weights have different exercise effect for both male and female students of level 2.And the muscle strength endurance and practice effect of explosive force in turn is as follows: 6% group,change group,and the 3% group;It has significant improvement on the ability of muscle coordination control with the consistent practice effect,and the change trend in turn is as follows : change group,the 6% group,and the 3% group.
