With the continuous improvement of living standards in China, children and adolescentsgrow up healthily with better material basis. But because of improper diet, heavy academic burdenand other reasons, students are in serious shortage of physical exercise. Obesity rate constantincreases and body state goes downward obviously. The middle school is not only a critical periodof adolescent growth and development, but also the period of the development of physical fitness.,spurt It becomes urgency to improve the body composition of the high school students, to reducethe fat content, to increase lean body mass and to reduce obesity rates in order to improve thephysical fitness among middle school students. In this study, based on the theoretical knowledge of exercise physiology, exercisebiochemistry, sports psychology, and reference on swinging bell and aerobics literature and videos, and experts interviews, by following the rules and characteristics of adolescent growth anddevelopment and high school students body composition and physical fitness as well as hobbiesand combining swinging bell aerobics hands vibrate back and forth, both hands up and downvibration, single hand around vibration such action with the pace of aerobics foundation inaccompany with music, this paper makes interesting sets that are suitable for middle schoolstudents to exercise and to learn easily Experimental validation results show that it required4min18s to complete over a full set of self-adapted swinging bell aerobics, average heart rate of120beats/min, maximum heart rate of178times/min maximum heart rate, exercise heart rate of67by using the Finnish sunnto heart rate watch. The study is in line with the principles of theanatomical and physiological characteristics of young people and exercise science that exerciseheart rate should reach the maximum target heart rate range of60%to75%and in accordancewith the basic law of adolescent growth and development and the exercise capacity of youngpeople. To explore the impact of swinging bell aerobics on the students’ body composition andphysical fitness, the study randomly selected from classes of Shanghai LanshengFudan MiddleSchool and junior and senior sencond grade of Tongji Middle School as the experimental groups. In total there were64people for a period of eight weeks,31boys and33girls, high school (15-16years) and27students, junior high school (13-14years old) and37students, and the experimentalgroup with swinging bell aerobics exercises3times a week,30minutes for each time and theactivity intensity is controlled with exercise heart rate of120-140beats/min. Each experimentalgroup has a parallel class as a control group. T-test showed that experimental group and controlgroup have no significant differences before the experiment. By making use of Inbody720experimental apparatus to test students before and after the experiment the basic form of the bodyand obesity, the percentage of muscle content of the various parts of the body, various parts of thebody circumference, and1000m (M)/800m (female), standing long jump, push-ups, and otherrelated indicators before and after the experiment, the results were obtained as below:After8weeks of self-adapted swinging bell aerobics exercise, oxidation function of aerobicexercise with the the swinging bell dynamic principle of inertia relative contraction producesaction and reaction, accelerate muscle contraction, it is of great significance to reduce body fat content of high school students and to reduce the percentage of body fat and reduce obesity rates. It also has a significant role to increase the percentage of upper limb muscles at the same time, but for other parts of the body muscle mass, it did not play a larger role. It also reduced abdomen, hips circumference from the experimental group. And it has more significant impact for boys thangirls, but the circumference changes did not affect other parts of the body.After8weeks of self-adapted swinging bell aerobics exercise, it is of great significance toimprove upper body strength among experimental group students in contrast with the state beforethe experiment, and it is better among the control group to improve endurance qualities than thatamong experimental group. The effect of lower limb explosive aspects are not significant.
