A Study On The Construction Of Higher Vocational Campus Culture

The campus culture is the combination of material wealth and spiritual wealth with campus characteristics created by teachers and students in teaching activities, which includes material culture, system culture, behavior culture and spiritual culture. Higher vocational campus culture is the unique campus culture in the vocational colleges, which plays an important role in the development of higher vocational education and the cultivation of high-quality talents.The campus culture construction is the important link of school cultivation work. It is of importance to improve educational thoughts, administration, reform, cultural atmosphere and campus spirits, and to form excellent school tradition, and to train a great number of high-quality tatents needed by the society. To strengthen the construction of higher vocational campus culture is not only the need of higher vocational education reform and development but also the need of inner requirement of higher vocational colleges to develop in a healthy, steady and harmonious way.The article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter "Introduction" mainly analyzes the research background, status quo, content and methods of higher vocational campus culture construction, which is of general grasp of the research. The second chapter "The outline of higher vocational campus culture" mainly describes the content, characteristics and function of higher vocational campus culture. The third chapter "The analysis of the present higher vocational campus culture" mainly concludes the seven problems existing in the present higher vocational campus culture construction and also analyzes the reasons from the four aspects. The fourth chapter "The countermeasures of strengthing higher vocational campus culture construction" raises eight basic principles,six main measures and four problems of how to strengthen higher vocational campus culture.The key problems solved by this paper is to make clear the content, characteristics and function of higher vocational campus culture, and to raise some main measures based on analyzing the present higher vocational campus culture. Its three new points in the research are as follows:1. It stresses the occupational and practical characteristics of the higher vocational campus culture.2. It shows the higher vocational campus culture was theoretically thought and promoted based on the practice.3.
