The Study On The Construction Of Campus Culture For Higher Vocational College

The construction of campus culture in Higher Vocational College has a great influence on the long-term development of higher vocational education. However, at the present, the construction of campus culture in the most of the vocational colleges copy the undergraduate education style, neglecting the characteristic of the vocational education as a kind of education typology and the manifestation in elements of vocational education, and losing the cultural characteristic of the vocational education as the education typology. The article researches through investigation and case study focusing on the lack of elements of vocational education in campus culture, on the basis of illustration on the meaning and characteristic of campus culture. Firstly, puts forward the concept of the element of vocational education, which is the specific property determining the vocational education as the vocational education, and the thing reflecting the characteristic of the vocational education. Secondly, demonstrates that the campus culture of the higher vocational college should obtain the technical element, the post element and the industrial element according to the characteristic of the vocational education, the angle of course setting and the main body of education. Thirdly, illustrates the approach of the demonstration of element of vocational education in the process of the construction of campus culture in vocational education emphatically, for example, holding scientific cultural festival periodically, constructing the campus environment according to the needs of the post, and importing the advanced culture of industries actively. At the end of this article, provides the reference for the manifestation of vocational education in campus culture by giving the examples of campus cultural construction of Shunde Polytechnic College and introducing the measures to show the importance of the manifestation in campus culture concretely.The article discusses three kinds of elements of vocational education and their ways of manifestation, to some extent, enriches the theoretical research on vocational education, and guides the cultural construction of campus culture, to avoid losing the features of itself by totally imitating the cultural construction of other colleges. The article has its own value in theoretically and practically.
