Sports activities, especially in rural sports activities, largely determines the direction of development of this stage of China's sports undertakings, determine the "fitness plan" and "sports power Goals successful realization. The focus of the Spring Festival in sports activities as festivals sports activities, especially the rural festivals sports activities, the development of sports source for China is also heavy and difficult problems to be solved, rural Spring Festival sports activities not only promote the comprehensive sports undertakings in China development, and accumulated valuable experience for China to deepen the reform and development. Survey method through the use of literature, questionnaires, interviews, field survey and statistics of18administrative villages in Jiangxi Province to conduct field investigations on the Spring Festival, China's Jiangxi Province, rural residents, Sports Cognition, preferences, forms of participation and circumstances, the situation of the organization, funding, venues and equipment, as well as the main problems encountered activities and satisfaction with the data survey and analysis. The survey results show that:China's Jiangxi Province, rural residents in the age of differentiation of cognitive and preferences, farmers' participation in the Spring Festival and sports activities in the form of collective participation and enthusiasm of the farmers is relatively high, but the organizational form on an individual basis the main financial and venues to the farmers themselves provide the main, resulting in a lack of funds, venues and equipment, the organization and level of participation by affected. In response to these factors, this paper considers the sports activities in order to promote the rural Chinese New Year in Jiangxi Province, government departments step up publicity at the same time, should be appropriate to invest and increase financial input for farmers to carry out the Spring Festival and sports activities to provide adequate human and material resources and financial resources to build new countryside should be new Year sports activities.
