The village is mixture of multi-nationality and multi-culture. Ancient city Meidaizhao was the center of politics, economy and culture during the Ming Dynasty. A lot of Xikou person migrated here between the end of Qing Dynasty and republic of china period while nomadic culture of Mongolian nationality combined with agricultural culture of Han nationality lead in new and specific festival.
