Study On Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of China's Penhold Inverted Plaver Wang Hao And Xu Xin

In this paper, by analyzing the detailed skill and tactics records of Chinese outstanding penhold recket rubber player Wang Hao and Xu Xin in last few years'important table tennis competitions in20games, observing their skill and tactics usage, moreover, the gains and losses from video, using the three section analysis method, looking into their scoring rate, skill usage number in serve-grab, catch-grab and stalemate sections, and that, analyzing the effect of specific skill and tactics usage, this article is aiming to find out the characteristics and differences of skill and tactics of two players. To enhance the traditional advantage competitiveness under the new rules and provide theoretical basis for training the young athletes of similar characteristic.In this paper, literature and data, video observation, three-stage statistical methods, data analysis, statistical analysis of comparative analysis. Finally, we can come to following conclusions:1. In terms of skill usage and convergence, mainly Wang Hao wins points and makes convergence by using reverse penhold backhand. During stalemate section, he can exchange strokes by using forehand and backhand strokes, he is good at pick hit and screw. But in the serve-grab section, the second stroke to serve the ball is not very good quality which makes him easy to lose points when attacked by others. Moreover, he use straight plate by-blow as two to four stroke convergence skill which has not enough stability.2. Wang Hao has low utilization rate in serve-grab section, while got high scoring rate, which is totally different in catch-grab and stalemate sections. There will be more chances to win if Wang Hao could increase the utilization of serve-grab section and the scoring rate in catch and serve. 3. In serve-grab and catch-grab sections, Xu Xin is good at using multiple skills, he is a proactive player, especially in attack and sideways grab and pull. But in stalemate section, a lot of sideways running affected the scoring, result in muffs. His capability of backhand straight plate by-blow should be strengthened, capability of backhand attack, stability of backhand skills, screw within desk and pick skills should be improved.4. Xu Xin's utilization rate and scoring rate in serve-grab section is lower than standard number, while utilization rate a little bit higher than standard in catch-grab and stalemate sections, scoring rate is lower than standard in these two sections. The key point for him to have more chances to win is to increase the utilization of serve-grab and improve the stabilitv of attack skills.
