Use The Tokens For Correction Classroom Interference Behavior Research

The life of a school lies in its quality of education, which is mainly realized in the classroom. Effective classroom management plays an essential role because a class needs to be orderly and under the teacher's control in order to be efficient and productive. Interfering behavior in class has a serious impact on classroom management. So how to correct these behaviors has become a common concern among teachers.The use of tokens for correction of interfering behavior of students is commonly seen in classroom management. This study intends to understand the characteristics of interfering behavior of junior middle school students through empirical research. analyze the deep roots of these acts and come up in the end with a set of corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for teachers.According to the process of using tokens to correct interfering behavior, this study is divided into three stages: the first stage, the development of correcting targets; making clear what to correct; the second stage is the preparation phase, determining the tokens, selecting the reinforcement to develop sub-goals to achieve correcting goals, and developing exchange system; the third stage is the implementation phase, reflecting and adjusting according to the actual situation.This article is divided into five parts. In the first part it raises the question and focuses on the origin of token economy and the cause of the problem. The second part is to comment on the results of the existing use of tokens for correction of interfering behavior and find the inadequacy. -The third section describes the specific research process. The fourth part summarizes the experimental results and draw relevant conclusions. The fifth part reflects upon the research activities and prospects, proposing measures and suggestions for applying token economy to correct students'behavior. The third and fourth part are the main parts.
