Under the background of new curriculum reform,classroom management of Information Education Technology is also undergoing a fundamental change in teaching and knowledge from the past to focus the psychological and intellectual development of students. Enhance the information literacy of students in mind, the traditional method of teaching management with the implementation of the new curriculum standards have continued to emerge. All of this require teachers to re-examine the issue of classroom management and positioning.The teaching of information technology is special for it is application-based, action-oriented, and it let the students learn to solve problems from practice.Compared to classroom, there're many factors that attract students attention which bring more discipline problems to the teaching in the computer room which information technology disciplines is conducted in, so information technology disciplines must have their own strategy and must pay more attention to behavior of students. So in my thesis, I bring the conception of "token economy" from Behavior Analysis Theory to information technology teaching in primary schools as a method of strengthening to help teachers thinking about from the perspective of students, so they can know how to organize better classes, then they can think from the Behavior Analysis Theory to inprove the management level, finally enhance the efficiency of classroom management.My thesis uses empirical-based research methods, through the investigation of a primary school in Nanjing, to learn the actual situation of information technology class, and combining Psychology and Education, I implemented token economy of classroom management with a class of students of the school. At the same time, I made a chart to record the classroom behavior of the students, also I recorded Interviews with the teachers and the students about corresponding questions; then, I sort out the results.Finally, I analyzed the effect of the implementation, as well as the problems and deficiencies, then summarized the strategies of information technology classroom management。...
