| Music class is a highly practical and creative subject of art, and all of its content has the experience and operation. So music courses have natural advantages in arousing emotion, especially for primary school students whose behavioral and emotional self-control ability is poorer.In the reality context of the music education, classroom disruptive behavior is universally existed.Music classroom management how to be targeted, coherence and continuity and how the teachers to conduct effective classroom management, has become one of the most concerned issues for music teachers.The researchers identified primary school students as the research object,looking for the real reasons of disruptive behavior in the primary school music class through actual investigation and analysis,and puts forward the effective method of correcting behavior-the token system.Researches on the token system has been carried out at home and abroad for quite a long time, mainly through quantitative researches, analysis and validation of a large number of successful intervention cases of token system and theory researches. The results are mainly distributed in the discussion on mental illness and individual correcting bad behavior. In the field of education, the domestic research is still in the case study phase. There are few researchers trying to use group intervention to compensate for the lack of rigid in quantitative research. Their studies are often macro.And fewer reseachers are doing action system research from the aspects of music classroom.This study aims at revealing the universality,particularity and the causes of disruptive behavior in music class.It’s a meaningful attempt to reduce dificulty in music classroom management. It is based on the psychology theories.And it discusses the application of the token system and coping methods of music classroom management and so on.According to the characteristics of the subject, the researcher uses literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, observation and action research method in this paper.The result indicates two aspects:One is that, in reality, classroom disruptive behavior is universally existed, mainly mild disturbance of behavior. It’s hard for the music teachers to to achieve targeted, continuity and consistency when the disruptive behavior exicited.An other is that the implementation of the token system mobilizes the enthusiasm of participation in classroom teaching. It implementation can also significantly reduce disruptive behavior in music class. |
