The local economic and social development of national autonomous areas their National factors are interacted. How to maintain the social stability and economic development at the same time effectively promoting the national development? It is of great academic value and great practical significance. This paper selects Ewenk Autonomous County, Hulun Buir city from Inner Mongolia as a case. According to concretely analyze the affect of national factors on the social and economic development of Ewenk Autonomous County, to further reveal the relationship between National factors and the stable development of social economy.In this paper, firstly comprehensively introduced Evenk Autonomous County's economic and social development situation in the new century, and then analysed of what national factors contribute. In order to show the main difficulties faced in the development of Evenk Autonomous County's economic and social stability. Finally introduced the research methods of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the economic and social development of Evenk Autonomous County.Mainly includes the Evenk comprehensive development level, industrial economy, farming and animal husbandry economy, urban and rural landscape and ecological environment, people's livelihood, tourism and cultural development and so on.The third part concretely investigated and analysed the affect of national factors on the social and economic development of Ewenk Autonomous County. Then in the end concluded that:Ewenke Autonomous County's National composition, the practice of the system of regional national autonomy, the carrying out of strategies and policies, the training of minority cadres and talents team construction, the development of national education, the inheritance and development of traditional national culture and so on, played an important role.The fourth part analyzes the current stage of the main difficulties in the development of Evenk economic and social development.
