Compared to early childhood's educational environment in city, early childhood teacher have more difficult in learning and self-promotion in the countryside. so they needs more concerns and support from government and social. Village childhood's well development has respect to rural area nursery teachers' stability development and future.This respondent is limited to the sphere of rural kindergarener in Henan province, and same is for the interview. Research gets its original data about status of self professional development. And then according to the source we analysis the predicament in professional development, find the efficiency's difference via the comparison between each other's self-assessment about the professional development approach. Finally, the research summaries the influence factor, and gives the countermeasure for dealing with the problem.Domestic and abroad researchers have put forward many theories and their ideas, for example: training and study; researching learning; independent reflection; communication and cooperation; ecological culture, in all aspect of early childhood teachers' professional development. According to the concept, kinds of modes and ways were formed. Basing on the precious studies, this investigation focus on the effect of pre-service training, outside school training, the kindergarten-based training, self-reflective learning, learning community, system, culture, facilities, on the preschool teachers' professional development. And each ways' status, efficiency, influence factors and teachers' related anticipation was discussed too in this paper.Research has found that there are great differences in each ways' efficiency. And teachers' self-assessment shows the training, the communication and cooperation among teachers, kindergarten resource support is more important than others. Each ways is different in development status, being understood extent and popularity. Kindergarten teachers tend to learn art knowledge and practical knowledge. And they like the convenient learning style more. Visual style is the best for them. The four main influence factors is as follows. Lacking funds in the aspect of training, facilities construction and teacher's salary is the first. The second is that kindergarten manages lack management ability, advanced management consciousness, development concept and innovation consciousness, aren't able to promote the construction of system culture. The third is the supply of information resources is not enough. The finals problem comes from teacher themselves which include the low professional identity, the lacking of occupation value feels, the limited capacity and the time pressure. There are four countermeasures as follow.
