Focusing on the development of preschool education in remote rural areas are the basic requirements of the current national preschool education reform,while the mountain area is the weak link of preschool education development in the countryside.According to the requirements of the national preschool education reform and development,preschool education in rural areas of Guizhou province has developed rapidly,especially the construction of Tongren mountain village kindergarten project has realized "one village,one kindergarten".The change from quantity to quality is the inevitable trend and urgent task of kindergarten development in mountain villages.The professional development of kindergarten teachers is an important factor affecting the quality of kindergarten education,and the"professional standards for kindergarten teachers"(hereinafter referred to as "professional standards")is the basic guidelines to guide the professional development of teachers.Based on the research on teachers'professional development by scholars at home and abroad and the "professional standards",this study conducts a questionnaire survey on professional development of 319 kindergarten teachers in three countries of Tongren City by random sampling,and uses SPSS 20.0 statistical software to analyze the results of the survey.On the basis of data analysis,quantitative and qualitative research was carried out,including observing in kindergartens,interviewing and analyzing of the teachers.The problems and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' professional development in mountain villages were further found.The results show that there is still a gap bet,ween the professional development of kindergarten teachers in mountain villages and the Professional Standards.In terms of professional concepts and teachers' morality,teachers generally care for children,but there are deficiencies in fair treatment of children and understanding of the main aims of early childhood education.In terms of professional knowledge,a few teachers have problems in teaching "elementary" content,paying attention to children's artistic skills,neglecting children's emotional expression,and not timely replacement of game materials in kindergarten areas.Professional competence:What teachers lack is the ability of kindergarten environment creation,the ability of design and implementation of educational activities,the ability of communication and cooperation with parents,and the ability of practical reflection and self-development.The influence factors in the professional development of kindergarten teachers in mountain villages and kindergarten teachers training school,kindergarten and teachers themselves,this paper puts forward some strategies to help kindergarten teachers in mountain villages to get out of their professional predicament.
