This study is based on Hubei province,the rural population of Hubei province accounts for60%of the total.Our research starts from the information communication and sociology, emphasize the rural public sports information service platform building should based on convenience for the people, and put forward some ideas about how to construct a platform. We believe that the construction of rural public sports information service platform will become a specific protection of the equal development of Chinese rural public sports service, it is also a specific performance of the national vigorously promote rural informatization construction.
