Rural sports public service is an important part of sports public service.The construction of beautiful countryside is also a livelihood project and public service benefiting farmers.In the context of healthy China,national fitness and the government to increase the supply of public services,the development and improvement of rural sports public services,the deep integration of national fitness and national health,improve the spiritual and cultural construction of residents,promote the construction of beautiful countryside and promote the construction of ecological civilization,to achieve the grand blueprint of beautiful China.In this paper,the methods of literature material method,field survey method of tongling city of anhui province under the background of rural construction good enacted a series of sports public service policy,investigating the current situation of the development of rural sports public service,to explore the good rural construction and rural sports public services,the interaction between aiming at the problems in the process of the development on each other and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to tongling city and the rural sports public service development in anhui province as a reference,to better provide reference for the healthy development of rural sports public service.The research results are as follows:1.From the perspective of system supply,anhui provincial and tongling municipal governments have formulated relevant policies specifically for rural sports public service around the construction of beautiful villages.Through sorting out the relevant policy documents of rural sports public service,it is found that there are two typical representatives of demonstration villages and non-demonstration villages in practice.2.The demonstration village of beautiful village construction is better than the non-demonstration village of beautiful village construction in both the cognition of sports public service and the satisfaction of demand.Residents in non-demonstration villages have weak awareness of sports activities and health,and have low demand forsports public services.3.From the perspective of the current situation of rural sports public service,in terms of sports infrastructure,the type and number of sports facilities in demonstration villages are relatively rich,while the type of facilities in non-demonstration villages is relatively single.In terms of the development of sports activities,there are obvious differences between non-demonstration villages and demonstration villages,especially in the development of gymnastics and chess and card activities;In terms of rural residents' participation in sports activities,the proportion of residents in demonstration villages participating in sports activities for 2 times,3 times,4 times or more was significantly higher than that in non-demonstration villages.In terms of the organization form of rural sports activities,both demonstration villages and non-demonstration villages are the first organization form with the government as the main body.In terms of social organization of rural sports,both demonstration villages and non-demonstration villages are the first sports interest groups and become the main organizers of rural sports activities.In terms of the construction of rural sports social instructors,both in terms of quantity and personnel composition,the gap between non-demonstration villages and demonstration villages is very obvious.In terms of sports funds input,both demonstration villages and non-demonstration villages are mainly funded by the government;In terms of physical fitness monitoring services,no matter it is a demonstration village for the construction of beautiful villages or a non-demonstration village,the number of physical fitness monitoring stations(points)is small and the monitoring equipment is relatively simple,and the physical fitness monitoring activities are less,which is difficult to meet the diversified needs of people.4.As an advanced model of the new rural construction,the village level sports public service has basically achieved a parallel progress with the new rural construction.From the perspective of village level sports public service supply,it is obviously better than the non-demonstration villages in the construction of beautiful countryside in sports facilities,sports activity organization,sports social guidance and other aspects.5.Compared with the demonstration villages for the construction of beautiful villages,non-demonstration villages do not attach much importance to sports public services.The level of sports public services is relatively low,and the coverage is small.Lack of corresponding sports infrastructure and equipment,it is difficult for residents to meet their fitness needs,the establishment of diversified capital investment mechanism,the lack of guidance and training mechanism for rural sports talents and sports publicityis not in place.6.From the perspective of interactive development relationship,on the one hand,the construction of beautiful countryside has greatly promoted the rural sports public service.It not only improved the infrastructure construction of rural sports public service and enhanced the farmers' sports awareness,but also enriched the rural sports activities and promoted the farmers' sports activities.On the other hand,rural sports public service also plays a certain role in promoting the construction of beautiful countryside.It not only enriches the rural amateur cultural life and rural infrastructure construction,but also strengthens the construction of farmers' spiritual culture,which is conducive to creating a good atmosphere of socialist harmonious new countryside.In view of the existing problems,relevant Suggestions are put forward as follows:1.Establish sports basic service facilities according to the actual situation of local rural areas2.Coordinated the common development of urban and rural sports public services3.Raise funds for sports public services through multiple channels,and tap the inherent potential of the market and society4.Establish and improve the rural sports publicity mechanism and intensify the publicity of sports information5.Strengthen the training
