Influenced Factors Research On Successful Environment Of Excellent Male Basketball Athletes In Nan Gang Of Jiangsu Province

Sustainable development is a global issue. Round development of the people is the inherent requirements and basic points of social development. The sustainable development of basketball which is the requirements of the times and society, but the key of sustainable development of basketball is to ensure the sustainability of fostering excellent basketball athletes.From the excellent hoopsters'development histories of view, it needs a long-term process for a hoopster to become a useful person. The training work of hoopster is the foundation of Basketball training system engineering, whether it will give more talent, or more excellent talents, is up to by many factors synthetically. Growing environment factors of basketball players are the objective condition of cultivating, absorbing, giving full play to athletes'energy, and they play a key role for a basketball player to become a useful person. Factors which influence a basketball player's growth and success are out-complicated. At different stages of the growing process of athletes, the structure of the environmental factor and the role of it effect would have change. For good basketball player growing environment according to the scientific law research will help coaches systematic according to different growth stage of athletes physiological characteristic, combined with the physical and mental development of specific circumstances, adopt scientific and has the specific training method and means to improve training quality, improve the training success rate.Jiangsu Dragons club is an old basketball club in CBA, most players of this team are native, and all the more so when Hu xuefeng and Tang zhengdong are mentioned. It will have important referential meaning to train excellent basketball players in China to explore the effect factors in fostering excellent basketball players in Jiangsu Province.According to the growth rhythm of human,the growing stage and age characteristics of excellent athlete,theories of athletic training and models of training excellent players in China, and after interviewing with the experts and investigation of excellent players in Jiangsu Province, This paper firstly divided the growing environment in Jiangsu Province into five parts:Individual condition of player,Family environment,School environment, Sports team environment,Social environment. Secondly, determining the factors of each environment factor primarily by analysing the literatures of fostering talent basketball players. Individual conditions of player include physical factors and psychological factors of basketball player, Family environmental factors include family sports circumstance, family financial circumstance,family education circumstance and family parenting style, School environmental factors include the coaching level of basketball coach in sports school,the scientific selection of players,the contradiction between study and training, the competition system of basketball and sports apparatus in training ground, Sports team environmental factors include the influence of coach,team spirit,ideological and political education and training. Social environmental factors include social politics circumstance, social financial and scientific circumstance,social cultural circumstance and geographic environment.
