Scientists have been interested in the relationship between physical exercise and abnormal eating behavior and the exact pettern which can affect abnormal eating behavior positively. The psychological mechanism between physical exercise and abnormal eating behavior is also important but unknown. In order to explain these questions, the present research analysises a lot of studies about the relationship between the two in china and abroad. Some forecasted indexes are also found to explain theoretical hypothesis model.Firstly, random sampling is used to complete the survey on the forecasted index and the relationship between physical exercise and abnormal eating behavior. This research have chosen400senior school students.354effective are left. It uses measurement tools, e.g. Eating disorder inventory on abnormal eating behavior.Secondly, take the gender difference as the control variable, as it has impact on abnormal eating behavior, and use the Multivariate ANOVA to undergo the relationship between physical exercise and abnormal eating behavior. Then results follows.(1) The effects of exercise capacity on abnormal eating behavior isn't obvious, while effects of the duration of physical exercise is obvious, so as the effects of the interaction between exercise capacity and the duration.2) The theoretical hypothesis model of psychological mechanism has been supported by the resule of structural equation modeling analysis(GFI-0.912, AGFI=0.865, CFI=0.892, RMSEA=0.076). From the above results, the following conclusions can be drawn:a. Long-term physical exercise can improve high school students of abnormal eating behavior, while and physical exercise; has no effect,b. With inerease in the growth of the exercise duration, the role of little and moderate exercise load on abnormal eating behaviors has improved, large-exercise load and abnormal eating behavior scores with exercise duration of growth is not linearrelations, large exercise load of high school students abnormal eating behavior did not improve the contrary, increase the trend, showing a V-shaped curve trend. With the growth of the exercise duration, moderate exercise load on the improvement of the abnormal eating behavior significantly better than exercise load and the role of exercise load.c. The exercise duration of high school students abnormal eating behavior is more important than the impact of the exercise load.d. physical exercise not only can directly to the abnormal eating behaviors of middle school students have an impact, but also can impact the abnormal eating behavior of the physical self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other psychological variables. In order to examine problems the relationship between physical exercise and abnormal eating behavior present in high school students, and what kind of physical exercise patterns of high school students can more effectively influence abnormal.
