ObjectiveThrough field investigation, understand medical students' creative ability, entrepreneurship education, employment status and existing problems of medical colleges at different levels in Yunnan province. Analyze the bottleneck factors that restrict medical students' innovation, entrepreneurial and the employment, then put forward countermeasure which guide innovative, entrepreneurship and Employment. Studying medical students'mental health education, so that provide practical experience for improving medical students'comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness, and provide reference for decision-making of the relevant units or concerned branch. MethodAdopt epidemiological Current status of research method, using "University Students'innovation, undertaking, and employment guidance questionnaire' Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS). and self-rating symptom scale (SCL-90), to investigate medical students who were randomly selected. Based on survey, analyze and find out innovation, undertaking, employment guidance, and psychological problems of the Kunming Medical University, Haiyuan College, and Qujing Medical College students. Analyze the causes to lay the foundation for putting forward the Countermeasures. We use Epidata software to input all the data and use SPSS statistical software packages for statistical analysis. Adopt descriptive statistics to analyze basic situation, use chi-square test, rank sum test, t test, variance analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and so on to do Statistical inference. Result1. Medical students'innovative consciousness and innovation ability cognitive status. Through the investigation, we discovery that the innovation consciousness, innovation ability training activity of medical colleges in Yunnan province is much less; the distribution trends of innovation ability score is (x±s)5.79±1.78. In order to cultivate practical and innovative talents,35.5%of the testers think that universities should perfect the system of courses content, and then inspire students' learning autonomy. In view of the present medical students' innovative status,40.9%of the testers think that universities should change Mechanical force-feeding education into heuristic education. Secondly, the innovation ability of students should be listed as recruit reference. The results show that the main factors which affect their innovative ability development are family education, school activities, personal factors, the proportion is as follows:24%,33.3%, and31.4%.2. Medical students'entrepreneurial cognitive status.66.2%of the testers think that starting a business is pioneering work;72.5%of the students will choose to do pioneering work, pioneering work rate of boys and girls has no difference (P>0.05), pioneering work rate of junior college student is significantly higher than that of undergraduate and graduate students.50.3%of students choose to do pioneering work because of the employment pressure. In order to do relevant preparations for pioneering work,44.3%students go to relevant enterprise to practice,38.4%of the students read relevant professional books.29.8%of the students hope that career guidance curriculum content relates to relevant entrepreneurship practical activities; the main reasons hindering student's pioneering work are lack of fund and entrepreneurial orientation, lack of experience and social relationships; In order to help students do pioneering work, more than50%of the students think that the government should freely train entrepreneurial skills, Set up a special fund business, free assessment of project risk, tax preferential policies, and simplify the loan approval procedures.85.8%of the students think that entrepreneurs need to have quality of excellent communication and interpersonal skills;55.0%of the medical students think that the main source of venture capital is business special fund from government.3. Medical graduates'employment guidance situation. The main employment purposes of students are to achieve goals in life and to survive; expectative salary of44.2%of the medical students is3000~5000Yuan, students'expectative salary grows higher with the increased degree. When medical students choose a job, they give priority to the employers'standard occupation development system and management system, then the employers'development potential.36.7%of the students think that the employer hiring applicants pay attention to education background;61.9%of the students obtain employment knowledge and interview skills by the school employment guidance and lectures,54%of the students through the experience of the family and friends, and49.9%of the students through the recruitment website. In the job hunting process, the problem that61.3%of the students are faced with is vague personal positioning and employment goals,54.7%of the students are lack of interview skills; Students have different viewpoints for employment guidance,50.8%of the students think that employment guidance has a certain role. Through investigation,40.8%of the students hope to gain employer information from employment guidance to practice, and32.7%of the students hope to get interview skills from employment guidance; more than50%of the students hope occupation planning trainers, successful people, senior brother apprentice and senior sister apprentice who had got a job to provide them with employment guidance.4. Medical students' anxiety status. The anxiety disorder detection rate of respondents is15.9%; the detection rate of student cadre is lower than students who are not cadres.(P<0.05), the detection rate of boys and girls has no statistical significance (P>0.05), and the detection rate of junior college students, undergraduate, postgraduate anxiety has no statistical significance (P>0.05), too. The SAS total score of medical students is compared to national norm, the result has no statistical significance (P>0.05).The SAS total score of students at various ages are statistically significant (P<0.05), on the whole, anxiety symptoms were alleviated with increasing age. 5. Medical students'depression situation. The depression detection rate of respondents is35.4%, the detection rate of boys and girls has no statistical significance (P>0.05), and the detection rate of junior college students, undergraduate, postgraduate anxiety has no statistical significance (P>0.05), too. The SDS total score of student cadres is lower than students who are not cadres (P<0.05); The SAS total score of medical students is lower than the national norm (P<0.05); the SDS total score decreased gradually (P<0.05) with increasing age (P<0.05).6. Medical students'psychological health status. The positive detection rate of SCL-90scale is different (P<0.05) between different gender students, only-children and not only-children, student cadres and not student cadre, urban students and rural students, students at different education background, different school students, boys is lower than girls, only children is lower than not only children, student cadres is lower than not student cadres, urban students is lower than rural students; further Student Newman Keuls test, positive rate of post graduate is lower than positive rate of undergraduate, and positive rate of undergraduate is lower than positive rate of college students. The mental health status of students who has lower monthly living expenses is worse (P<0.05). The various factor scores of testers were compared to the national college students'norms,9factor scores were below the national norm (P<0.05), the mental health status of medical students is better than that of national college students. Interpersonal sensitivity score, depression score, force score, anxiety score, terror score of boys are lower than that of female students (P<0.05). The hostile factor score between only-children and not only-children is the same (P>0.05), the remaining8factor scores were lower than that of not only-children (P<0.05).9factor scores of student cadres were lower than those of not student cadres (P<0.05), student cadres' mental health is better than that of not student cadres.9factor scores of student cadres were lower than that of not student cadres (P<0.05), student cadres' mental health is better than that of not student cadres.9factor scores of urban students were lower than those of rural students (P<0.05), the mental health status of urban students is better than that of rural students. Innovation ability score is negatively relevant to SAS total score, SDS total score, SCL-90total score (P<0.05). Along with the lower innovation ability score, SAS gross score, SDS gross score and SCL-90total score are higher; the entrepreneurial rate of SAS scale positive testers is lower than that of negative testers (P<0.05); expected salary between SAS scale positive testers and negative testers is different (P<0.05), the percentage of positive testers expecting to get more than5000Yuan is higher. The occupation development goal between positive testers and negative testers is different (P<.05), the proportion of negative testers having short-term goals is higher. ConclusionIn view of medical students' innovation ability, entrepreneurial intention, employment guidance and psychological health situation, colleges should actively reform the traditional education mode, cultivate innovative medical talents; develop entrepreneurial education, culture entrepreneurship awareness, and create more employment opportunities by pioneering work; the colleges should systematically carry out employment guide work, so that medical students can establish a correct concept of employment; popularize mental health knowledge, timely screen "problem students", set up psychological counseling center, and actively carry out the activities of psychological consultation. Establish an effective self-regulation mechanism to cultivate medical talents of high quality.
