With the rapid development of network information technology, network functionsmore and more full, and the increasing influence of the network, a full range of changeshave happened in the social mode of production and social life, networks are changingthe world, and in the process, the institutions of higher learning walk in the forefront ofthe network society. Network has become a good site for the people to learn knowledge,an important channel of access to information and expression of thought, and animportant place of exchange of feelings. Advantage of the network to the ideological andpolitical education and the problems facing can not be avoided.
