The history of the development of human civilization is a cultural exchange and integration history. The spread of culture provide more opportunity to different nationals to learn from each other. History of development of human civilization is the history of cultural exchange and integration. Global transmission of culture provides more opportunities to exchange and borrow ideas between different national cultures. On the premise of wide range of cultural blend, how to coordinate functionally cultural elements and ingredients between different nations in order to come into an organic integrity of mutual respect, equal communication, learning from others' strong point to offset one's weakness, and developing together is a difficult position of cultural development faced by every county and every nation commonly today.In recent twenty years, the association between China and other countries has became more frequent with the deepening of reform. Foreigners hope to understand and cooperate with china in various fields increasingly. As the coastal metropolis, Shanghai received the first group of foreigners. As the foreigners entering China with whole family increasingly, education of foreigners'children raised attentions of departments concerned in Shanghai.The education of foreign children is related closely to international influence and image of the district or even the country. The study of intercultural adjustment of foreign children has realistic meaning, especially on the premise of more and more foreign children. For these children, their needs and aspirations haven't called attention of educational and other field. Influences of cultural shock are always neglected because of their ability of expression. It is one of the targets of this study to wake up the attention to these children in different culture.This study uses narrative research to describe the school life of a group of Korean children study in one of Shanghai public schools, how they interact with their teachers and classmates, and presents their learning condition.It reveals the cultural shock and adaption in the process of adjusting to Chinese culture. This study includes four parts. The first part, as the introduction, mainly introduces the age background and the special district background, analyses the status quo and shortage of already researches, introduces the method of research and defines related concepts. The second part makes a related introduction about the school's general situation, cultural construction and the management system on foreign students. The third part, through narrative research, describes the interpersonal communication in two terms, peers and teachers and students. At the same time, this part analyses the elements that affect intercultural exchange in campus, and proposed some advises and guides. The last part gives a thick description about the foreign students'main objectives of study from teachers and students, analyses the elements affecting achievement of study, and offers related suggestions and advices...
