| Yinchuan University as one of the earliest private higher vocational colleges in Ningxia,has traversed and extraordinary course of 17 years.But in general,formed in accordance with the actual way of characteristic development,provided the important enlightenment of private higher vocational education development in Ningxia.The basic point of this thesis is the founder's point of view,and it is clear that this thesis is from the perspective of the enterprise.On the basis of maintaining the independence and autonomy of university culture,analyzing the necessity and possibility of integration of the relationships and differences between Yinchuan university and the enterprise culture.At present,the prominent issue of the deep integration between Yinchuan University culture and the founder's culture is still not formed,and become the main bottleneck of the establishment of the unique campus culture of the Yinchuan University.At this stage,in promoting the integration of campus culture and the founding group culture,Yinchuan University lack of putting the enterprise development strategy into the university development plan,result the cultural conflict;the advantage of education run by enterprise is not clear,result the cultural convergence;focus on the integration of material aspects,and ignore the spiritual,result the culture difference.Base on the current situation and the existing problems of establishment of two cultures.Research and discussion on Yinchuan University in the embodiment of its characteristics,how to set up enterprise culture,the core content of enterprise spirit and professional characteristics,such as selective absorption,integration and development.In order to show the characteristics of Yinchuan University in the transformation to application of technology undergraduate institutions,and to cultivate the talents that with technical skills to meet needs of the local economic construction and enterprise development. |
