Abstract/Summary:
This paper is which study on optical axis calibration method of the laser receiving system which based on the focal-plane scanning. We got an overview about study on optical axis calibration method, merits and drawbacks, status quo of the laser receiving optical system through reading a lot of relative literatures. The detection system, the overall scheme for the detection system test of principle, optical system of indicators and an optical system of appropriate to calculate and design.This thesis takes laser range finder as an example. Study on optical axis calibration method. It advances overall plan of detection system which discuss detection principle of system, technical index of optical system, design and numeration of system. We devise a new scanning method—clock diagram scanning method which based on one-dimensional search. According to the new scanning method, we select electric machine control that scan in focal-plane. Analyse accuracy of system element which affect optical axis accuracy. At last, the light of the parallel precision is 0.05mrad.
