Indicated by the development of global economic, one nation's comprehensive strength largely depends on the ability of its manufacturing provide products and services. The workshop is the basic node of the management and production manufacturing's enterprise, and the unite part of enterprise's management and production, also the joint of enterprise's information flow and logistics. So how could they use effective modern management idea to organize workshop's production, and further more enhance the ability of competition in market through information technology, this is the urgent task of our country have faced.Manufacturing Execution System(MES) is a bridge between the layer of the enterprise's plan management and bottom control, and the important part of enterprise's information system. Because the traditional MES, which largely aimed at the specific demand of concrete enterprise, were customized developed, so every time the development of system must come through the process of system's analysis, design, development, implementation and so on, also it has large developing difficulty,long period, high-cost,less reliability, low reorganization and integratation. For the above questions, the paper advances a developping model of service-oriented reorganizable MES,which bases on multilayer's Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA),also uses components to assemble member,and regoups these members to service depend on some business rules, futther more to accomplish the function that the users need.Firstly,the paper discusses the developping history of MES, current situation and future trend, analyzes the problem in the development model of traditional MES .Based on using successful experence of developping and implementing MES in manufacturing, advances one idea that applies SOA,component and member to develop MES software, accomplishs the aim of using components to assemble member and using members to regoup service. Based on analyzing the future trend of MES,it gives one MES's solution which can fit in with quickly changing, speedly reorganizing and deploying. This solution takes the method of using members to quickly assemble service, and uses services to encapsulate business flow and provides unified service interface. For the data of enterprise's inner system, it uses eXtensible Marlkup Language(XML) to finish standardization, these standard data will provide a standard, loose coupling information system to fit"agile manufacturing", integrate and collborate with other information system.The paper combines the designing idea of SOA, reorganization and separation of concerns to design the architecture of system. In the process of designing and developping the traditional architecture of system, faced with the difficult problem of the stability and reliability of system, the extensibility and quickly implementation or less cost deploy when the future business will have changed. After through deep study of above problems, the paper gives the implementation method of service-oriented reorganizable MES, this method uses the key technology of enterprise's service bus, carving out component and member, design, management and deploy, data integration and data exchange etc., also uses the system's modeling method of driven model to achieve system's modeling, and uses the key technology of dividing dimension to support system's reorganization.Finally, according to the implementation method gived by the paper, it uses the software architecture based on J2EE and XML to achieve the deploy of reorganizable functional component, functional member and service, and desgins and develops a prototype system which adapts the MES of manufacturing enterprise.
