With the popularity of computer and rapid development of computer science, more and more people began to use computers to solve practical problems. Employee info is an important part of enterprise information management. In the face of a large number of personnel information, using human resource to deal with that is a waste of time, a waste of human and material resources, it would even lower the accuracy of the data. Consequently, the development of a user-friendly, easy to operate, basing on the C/S structure of the enterprise personnel management system which is to automate processing has become very important, that is actually the development of this system's purpose and meaning.Company employee Performance Assessment Management System is a typical MIS. It realizes the function of systematization, standardization and automatization. Visual Basic is the tool of exploitation. SQL Server 2000 is the tool of creating database. The system completes the management of employee's base information, examine information and pay information. It creates a close connection among three information entities.
