The Research Of FADEC System Control Software Automatic Test Platform Which Is Based On Airworthiness Qualification

Aeroengine control system is the most important part of Aeroengine's subsystem. Following the advancement of the technology,the Aeroengine control system is running to the FADEC system form the traditional hydraulic pressure mechanism control system.As the software of equipments setting in aeroplane,in order to satisfy the airworthiness qualification,the FADEC system's control software must obey not only the correlation standards of GJB,but also the DO-178B standard constituted by RTCA.In view of the problems encountered on testing process of FADEC system's control software,by researching and analyzing the design technique of control software and standard of the airworthiness qualification ,this article bats around the way of constructting a automatic testing platform of FADEC system control software which based on the requirements of software testing process defined in DO-178B standard includes five stages from the reqirements of the platform,technique demostration,selection of tools,defination of interface to generation of GUI.This article also expatiates the way of integeration which made all the FADEC system control software tools to a whole link,and the testing process's developments forcus on the airworthiness qualification,by example of implementing data interface between automatic testing platform,as well as design tools and management system.The significance of this research is the constitution of FADEC system control software automatic testing platform which can satisified the airworthiness quaification.This testing platform also applied by several FADEC systems.After working with the platform for a period of time ,the testing efficiency and effects are graetly increased. This research also have a good reference value in the implementation of the automatic testing tools of the avigation software which need to be satisified the airworthiness quaification.
