| With the problem of energy scarcity becoming increasingly prominent, efficient exploitation of petroleum resources has been concerned more all over the world , in oil industry,the system of PCP(progressing cavity pump) has been the most widely used as a method of lift at present, consequently, how to ensure the efficient operation of this system,and real-time monitoring data of operating conditions ,is an important issue which concerend scientific researchers engaged in .The correlated research of the PCP oil production system's monitoring and control is still not perfect in China, aiming at this problem, develop embedded monitoring and control system of PCP operating conditions in this article. With the operation principle of the ground PCP, confirms the concurrent scheme, one hand, controlling the operation of PCP, on the other hand, monitoring parameters of operating conditions instantly, specifically, composed of embedded monitoring terminal and remote monitoring center. The hardware of embedded monitoring terminal which using the overall structure of double-MCU, taking STC12C5A60S2 as the core, and based energy metering chip ATT7022B, acquisition module of electrical parameters is designed by selecting suitable transformers, meanwhile, other modules such as speed measurement, data access(SD card and USB), wireless transmission of data(General Packet Radio Service-GPRS),system power are also designed; software completes programs of control algorithm and each module interface, realizes the process of acquisition parameters, calibration, calculation, storage, double machine modbus communication, establishing the network connection of GPRS, and , wireless transmission of data. The remote monitoring center receive data of operating conditions by Internet, and input database, is able to realize historical data inquiry, draw dynamic curve of parameters, display data reports and print functions, moreover, give indicator of running conditions.The system developed was installed in operation site of Daqing oilfield, after a adequate trial, it has been put into use, running smoothly, simple, cost-effecttive, then, all the technical indicators meet requirements. The system which combined field control technology, parameter monitoring and remote data centers, avoids the empty pumping of PCP, and monitors PCP operating conditions, improves efficiency of oil recovery, has certain application value. |
