| With China's industrial and agricultural development,the using of electricity is more and more big,the demand of transformer's quantity,quality,capacity and voltage class is increasing.Therefore,the development of 110 kv oil-immersed power transformer is rapid and research the parametric automatic drawing system for 110 kv oil-immersed transformers has become necessary.This paper adopts the latest object-oriented programming language,AutoCAD second development technology,optimization method,and connecting with the transformer expert knowledge to research 110 kv oil-immersed power transformer CAD system.First,I study the electromagnetic calculation principle and the structure design principle of 110kV oil-immersed power transformer,and summarize the latest design principle of 110 kv oil-immersed power transformer.Second, I establish the optimization mathematical model of 110kV oil-immersed power transformer,and adopt the constrained optimization method for its optimization design.In addition, in parametric drawing design, this paper adopts Visual Basic to proceed the interface development and utilize ActiveX techniques to realize the connection between the VB and AutoCAD,thus it can realize the automatic parameterized drawing function of 110 kv oil-immersed power transformer.In this paper,the developed system have a friendly interface and a high degree of automation.The application of this system can not only liberate designers from heavy design and drawing work,but also save raw materials.Users can proceed optimized design at any time according to price changes of raw materials,so as to get the most cost-effective solution.Results show that this system can not only compute many qualified solutions quickly,but also find the electromagnetic computing schemes easily,which can both save raw materials and easy to manufacture,reaching the purpose of optimal design.It can be applied to actual development and production,which greatly improving transformer designer's design efficiency and accuracy and then reduce the cost of the product. |
