But one new problem come out, that is how to protect these overseas Chinese enterprises. At present, our countries'overseas corporate protection systems research is still in the initial stage. As the birthplace of multinational corporations and multinational companies in the world, the U.S.A. have the most powerful multinational corporations and sophisticated overseas corporate protection systems. The main purpose of this writing is to provide some reference for the establishment of our countries'overseas corporate protection systems.This writing deals with the history development that the United States how to protect its overseas enterprises firstly, including the history development of Amreica overseas enterprises and the history that theirs protection from the U.S. government. Followd by I research that why the U.S. have overseas corporate protection systems like this, it can be divided three parts: economic, social and political factors. After that, I do some description and analysis to the present America overseas corporate protection systems. Finally I described the way and characters about the U.S. how to protect its overseas enterprises. I give some advises to improve our countries'overseas corporate protection systems through the research to the America overseas corporate protection systems. We should improve the work on legislation, the quality of personnel and the funding to perfect our overseas corporate protection systems.
