Study On The Protection Of The Local Government To The Enterprise Overseas Economic Interests

As an important part of national interests,the overseas economic benefits is an important component of the rise of great power.Under the background of accelerating globalization process,the development of the overseas economic benefits are faced with the risk of political risk,policy,legal,economic,social and cultural risk,etc.,and more,the protection of the overseas economic benefits has become the hot academic topic in.In fact,the protection of the overseas economic benefits is affected by many factors,but the protection of the overseas economic benefits from the local government to the local enterprise groups is less studied.Based on this,this article choose the Fujian's Enterprises as the research object,and the protection of the overseas economic benefits from the local government to the local enterprise groups as the research topic,discusses the way the local government to protect the local enterprise groups' overseas economic benefits in the present background.Based on the new public service theory,this paper reviews domestic and foreign related research about the protection of the overseas economic benefits,and to f determine the connotation,composition,characteristics of the overseas economic benefits,and the way and the significance of the protection of the overseas economic benefits.More,this article has an illuviation of the Fujian's Enterprises' development history,current situation and a summary of the existing problems of the protection of the overseas economic benefits.At the same time,choosing the United States and the government of India to do the case analysis to get the lessons from their protection of the enterprises overseas economic benefits.At last,we put forward this to perfect the protection strategy of the Fujian's Enterprises' overseas economic benefits: bettering the protection laws and regulations and related system of the protection of the overseas economic benefits;improving the relevant departments and relevant strength of the protection of overseas economic benefits;carrying out the use of public diplomacy sufficiently to create a favorable external development environment;and paying much attention to the guiding role of the government to the enterprise,thus,to improve the enterprises' consciousness and ability of risk management.Above all,this study has certain theoretical significance and practical significance to the studies of the protection of the overseas economic benefits from the local government to the local enterprise groups.
