On The Moral Hazard In The Management Of Nuclear Power Safety

The safety issue has been concerned for the radioactivity of nuclear fuel itself in the international community. In fact, the most of the security risks of nuclear power come from the human factor, especially in the development and utilization of nuclear power. The manager's moral and cultural qualities and work ethic of employees of nuclear power enterprise have far-reaching influences. The moral hazard from economics is tried to introduce in this paper.The moral meaning of hazard is analyzed in the field of ethics through contrasting the discrepancy about China and foreign relations of morality and interests and analyzing human nature in the context.The method of game analysis is introduced, the model of game supervision on moral hazard in the safety supervision of nuclear power enterprise is built, its statically hybrid strategy is analyzed by equilibrium analysis with finitely dynamic game analysis, related results are provide, and relevant suggestions are presented in this paper. Moral hazard is introduced to analyze ethical issues of nuclear power enterprise management in order to enrich the theory of nuclear safety management and we analyze the formation of the moral hazard in order to prevent the serious consequences.
