With the rapid development of China's market economy and increased competition among enterprises, the competition among enterprises has been competition from the previous material resources into human resource increasingly competitive, attract, retain and motivate business people into the modern and efficient business management priority. Production of direct benefits from the enterprise class product sales, which is closely related to job performance of sales staff, therefore, to establish an efficient sales incentives becomes more important.This paper introduces the development status of construction machinery industry, and the study of this paper machinery company in Central and development status are described, simply write the company's development of sub-bottlenecks and address the current thinking.Chapter II of this study for the research object and the meaning from the incentives, features and other aspects of the theory presented and reviewed, and the existing theory of motivation were reviewed. And the incentive for this paper, method, motivation and incentive effects of policy factors were related to theoretical introduction and literature review.In this paper, empirical performance evaluation, compensation, training status of three aspects of the company's diagnostic analysis and optimization ideas proposed in this diagnosis on the basis of the results for the company's incentive system was redesigned last, for this article a summary and outlook.Based on the factual conditions of ZH construction machinery company, using some scientific methods, this paper designes a system of performance appraisal, which be aimed at the company pertinence and could be operated. The system is able to promote the human resource management and improve the working performance and it might be consulted by strypped-down enterprise.
