FMCG sector because of the low barriers to entry,market makers everywhere,has been competitive.Especially in recent years in the face of economic downturn,the economy network and supply side reform under influence of the price shock,almost all traditional channels of FMCG companies operating sales and profits decline while FMCG industry services to marketers rely more and more.In this context,most influence marketing-driven salary system if you do not adjust,it will bring serious negative consequences to the enterprise.Facing the challenges of the new economy,QZB companies also face these crises:decline in sales and profits year after year on the one hand,on the other hand the previous pay system for marketers to lose passion,resulting in team morale and lax,turnover is increasing.Faced with this predicament,QZB company after the new economic environment and in-depth analysis of the salary system,established to stimulate comprehensive salary management system based on the theory.The compensation system in accordance with the company to create value,the share value of cultural ideas,making the company performance gradually picked up,the team stabilized and eventually was reborn.The FMCG marketers and other industry incentives have some practical significance.
