With a new round of China's electric power system reform forward,caused by the factors of enterprise restructuring and the profit level of the allocation of human resources,the level of employee salary change and other issues become one of the major problems of the power supply enterprise faced.Salary management mode of power supply enterprise at present is still using the original state-owned enterprises to protect the salary system based the salary incentive mode does not meet the requirements of the current rapid economic globalization under the background of international advanced enterprises to the enterprises,the development of employees caused by obstruction.This paper takes Zaozhuang power supply company as the research object,through the research of the national Power Grid Corp in the salary incentive management of current policy analysis,combined with the current salary system more advanced salary structure,using questionnaire analysis,induction,analysis the existing problems of Zaozhuang power supply company salary incentive system,itemized develop solutions,and put forward the optimization principle design of salary incentive system,clear salary incentive system construction process,explore the establishment of the same post different reward,outstanding staff capacity and performance,implement a post fixed salary,according to the performance reward incentive system,salary distribution system pays more attention to the ability of compensation,optimization of post salary,streamlined position auxiliary wages,clear job performance wage to improve the efficiency of resource allocation,enterprise human,realize the power supply enterprise staff to develop a virtuous cycle,steady growth of economic efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,fully consider the security measures of the optimized salary incentive system required in the implementation process,emphasizing the important role of employees in the salary system reform,the power company employees to meet the reasonable salary incentive system,the internal demand of fair competition mechanism,business ability,comprehensive quality and performance assessment,combined with real jobs responsibilities.In the promotion of the traditional security compensation system to change innovation incentive compensation system at the same time,also provide a reference for other power supply enterprise salary reform.
