Correct decision-making is the core of modern management and decision making is crucial to the success of managenment.Decision-making is an essential part before any activity with purpose happens and decision-making can affect the fate of a nation,a company or a man.Decision-making is the key factor to the success.Multiple attribute decision-making is one of the most important parts of decision-making theory as well as modern decision-making science,and it is widely used in many fields, for example,engineering designs, economy,society, management and military affairs etc. Multiple attribute decision theory and method discussion and research has important practical significance.There are several methods for example,AHP,Grey relational analysis and TOPSIS. But traditional TOPSIS method is adaptability, and we have to research it. Grey Relational Analysis method is an emportant methods of Grey System analysis, and Grey Relational Analysis method describes as well as compares the dynamic process and tendency of the dynamic system quantitatively. It is very effective in researching the questions with poor information and uncertainty problemThis paper mainly discusses multiple attribute decision making method,and it is as follows:â‘ According to the method of TOPSIS, this article described systematically, and points out the defects of the method.
