Informationization is the motivation and symbol of modern circulation industry, Modern means of circulation is the result of wide application of informationization, automation, modern marketing and management technology in the field of circulation. The continuous development of economic globalization leads to the complexity of modern circulation system, and make requests to higher circulation efficiency. Application of modern circulation information technology has become an important strategy to enhance the core competitiveness of China's circulation enterprises, reduce enterprise operation cost and improve the economic benefits. After years of construction, enterprise information system in Chinese circulation has made significant progress. On the whole, problems are still numerous:large circulation enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprise in circulation informatization development is out of balance, circulation enterprise and manufacturing enterprise in circulation informatization development is out of balance and the development between circulation enterprises of various formats is unbalanced.However, the existing literatures rarely refer to the research of informatization of circulation industry and enterprise performance systems. There is a lack of informatization performance comparison based on time span, vocation and industry industries and a lack of targeted development goals, supporting policy measures, etc.This paper which is based on the analysis of existing theories and choose the listed companies in China's circulation industry as the research object put forward research hypotheses of the circulation enterprise in informationization time span, vocation, industry and size dimensions. For effective evaluation and isolation of informatization construction to the performance of circulation enterprizes, on the one hand, national informatization evaluation center and the assessment result of listed companies was used to ensure the authority and objectivity of the research object, on the other hand, On the other hand, matching-sample-comparison method to eliminate effection to enterprises from outside factors.Principal component analysis and Wilcoxon symbols rank inspection method from the above four dimensions on circulation informatization integrated performance was applied to this paper for the results. Then, the author made theorotical comparative study on the empirical results and mined the profound reasons behind the results Finally, based on theory and empirical research and the characteristic of China's circulation enterprises in the information process, this paper put forward targeted management countermeasures.
