The Solution Of Depository Safety Of Client Assets In China Dragon Securities

China Stock Market is currently at the stage of development, improvement and continuous innovation, which is also the stage with high risk rates. Securities companies, which are intermediary organizations between average investors and stock exchanges in stock market, have a basic function as transaction channel with safety, efficiency and convenience for investors, and have another basic function to protect the security, integrity and correctness of customer equity. Based on the two basic functions, China Dragon Securities Co., Ltd puts forward a whole set of actual solution which mainly includes four parts:accounting system, collective transaction system, third-party depository system and risk control system.According to the actual problems of stock market environment and intermediary organizations and theoretical basis of security in production, in this thesis, we studied on the whole customer equity deposit process of China Dragon Securities. And we divided customer equity of securities companies into two basic categories。Based on the theories above, the problems facing customer equity deposit security of China Dragon Securities were analysed, which were summarized as account security, stock exchange system security, fund security and ex-post risk control. In the end, according to the performance after the project was implemented, finally it came to the conclusion that the solution model greatly resolved the problems of customer equity deposit security of securities companies. It improved the whole performance and running efficiency of securities companies, and it implemented a prospective technological architecture for the future business development of China Dragon Securities Co., Ltd.However, in this thesis, it was pointed out that no system is perfect and unexceptionable. And the operating of the system needs the whole staff in all of the departments to involve into. And the personnel training and professional accomplishments are deeper problems above all of the technologies which should be resolved.
