To build a socialist harmonious society is the Chinese nation cobest social ideal, and is the party and country to continuously pursue and goal. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained a sustained rapid growth, people's living standards are generally improved, however, economic growth is not always bring social harmony. At present our country is in the key period of transition, economic, political and ideological and cultural fields there are complicated contradiction, which caused by the income distribution imbalance between people of interest conflict is the most obvious. Unfair distribution and income gap restrict the sustainable development of our economy, and even affect social stability and cause people to moral decline. Income distribution problem as an economic issue its influence is aspects .Perfecting income distribution system and regulating the income distribution order, is the key link and fundamental way to construct a socialist harmonious society.This paper applies the relevant theory of economics and studies income distribution combined with harmonious society in understanding and mastering possibly on the basis of existing research results. The fifth part focuses on the selection path to perfecting the income distribution system and constructing a socialist harmonious society.
